Savings Balance Inquiry
Press 1 for a list of current accounts. Press 1 again for savings. If you are unsure of an account number, wait for a list of accounts to be read.
Checking Balance Inquiry
Press 1 for current accounts. Press 2 for checking. Enter your checking account number. Press 2 for more details. Press 2 for a list of checks cleared. Follow the prompts for more options.
Transfer Funds
Press 2 at the main menu. Enter member number plus 10 and PIN. Enter the sending account and follow the prompts for the receiving account. Please use the * on the keypad to represent a decimal point. Press 1 to confirm transfer.
To have the menu repeated, pleas press the * key on the keypad.
You may press the keys at anytime during the voice message. You can interrupt the system to move ahead.
To reach the office during normal business hours, press 0 to be redirected.
